| 2005 04 20 - Another TV Show A little while back I had asked my agent not to submit me for auditions as I don't have the time I used too. So it was a surprise to hear from the casting agent (the same one that cast me for Forensic Factor) telling me I had been cast for a role in the A&E Biography of Pablo Escobar - The Colombian Drug Lord. As you can imagine I was really excited... That is, until I arrived on set. It never occurred to me that I don't really look Hispanic. Seriously, I was the odd man out. To make things worse, it wasn't the meaty role Forensic Factor was - It was more of an extra role. Who am I kidding? It was EXACTLY an extra role. I don't mean to seem rude or ungrateful but I really don't have time to spend all day running around with a toy gun. Let me clarify that a bit - I mean I don't have time for it unless it pays real well. I would include pics but I didn't bring my camera. There was a guy there taking pictures bit I have a feeling I'm not going to get any emailed to me. Time will tell. Sorry if I seem a bit pessimistic but I get this way sometimes when it rains.  |
