A few months ago I got asked to fly down to LA to shoot the Shannon twins at the Playboy Mansion while The Girls Next Door film crew recorded the whole thing. I thought I should be nervous about the whole thing but I actually didn't even give it a thought. I just added it to my shooting schedule and went on working.

 

 

 

It wasn't until the night before that I spoke with Val (who was coming with me) that I started to realize the magnitude of  the situation. I mean seriously, Hugh Hefner was going to be present - I should give this a bit more significance!

 

Anyhow the shoot was a huge success. Hugh was very nice and the girls were an absolute riot - Actually, a riot isn't a strong enough word.  They were a tsunami of partying.

After the mansion Val and I went back to our hotel for a few beers and invited a couple LA photographer friends of ours to join us.

For a short trip, it sure was an action packed experience.

 

Val doesn't drive... Literally, she can't. I mention this because the next morning we had to take back the rental car before going to the airport and I would pull over on Sunset Blvd to throw up out the window.

I also vomited at the rental car place and LAX.

  

WEEEEEEE... Good times. 

 

I actually gave Val crap for not taking pics of me vomiting. It would have made for an awesome story. Not that this one wasn't crazy awesome!
