If you go to the bottom of the page where you signed up, you’ll see it says – “As part of the discount, no unused portion of the plan or retainer is refundable. The plan is non-transferable at any time.” Or something to that effect.
I know it won’t be possible for everyone, but if possible, I urge you to reconsider.
