I’ve worked with Ashley Mizi a few times this year and every time we managed to get some incredible stuff. To change things up a bit, I asked her if she would be interested in shooting without make up. I could tell she was hesitant, she probably didn’t want to put herself out there like that. In fact, it wasn’t till the end of our shoot, that she got a little emotional reviewing the images. She had never really seen herself that way and admitted that the whole experience was empowering and liberating.
