I had a couple of people drop by the studio yesterday with sandwiches for my birthday. Thank you so much for that, it really means a lot.
Today Rachel Davis popped by with a birthday present that was a little different and a little the same. She handed me an envelope with a cute “Happy Birthday” written across the front. I opened the envelope to find a bunch of gift certificates for sandwiches at Mr. Sub; a place I visit quite frequently, and two MIDOL pills. When they fell out of the envelope, Rachel quipped, “Crap, the bottle must have opened in my purse!” She took the pills and gestured as if to throw them away, “Oh, who am I kidding….” and proceeded to throw them into her purse.
I had tears in my eyes from laughing so hard!
