Firstly, I would like to congratulate you on making the cut. Trust me, I know a lot of people will want to be part of this group.

I’d like to thank you for joining me in what I’m sure is going to be something absolutely incredible – Everyone is going to be so envious they’re not us and I can’t help mischievously grinning at that. With that in mind, Monica and I will be reaching out asking you to share social media posts to help promote this event. It’s in all our best interests to make this a big as possible.

The shoot will take place on Feb 22, 2020 at 3pm at The Production Studio.

The address is 2532 Wharton Glen Ave – Unit 3, Mississauga, ON. 
I ask you arrive ready to shoot no later than half hour before as I won’t be able to hold up the whole group.  If you are wanting Monica to do your make up and hair, the charge is $200 and you can take care of the make up payment here. Monica will be posting all make up and hair times below.

 

The shoot should take no more than an hour and a half.

The first look will be rugged sexy fitness. I ask that you bring a fitness outfit with matching runners. They can be converse or any runner that best matches your outfit. The second look will be a one piece black bodysuit or swimsuit with black heels. For this look plain black is preferred for both the outfit and shoes. Third look will be black lingerie, preferably black with garter, 

As I’m looking to get this published model releases will need to be signed.

This will be a group shoot only – No individual shoots.

This will be a closed set shoot which means I ask that you come into the studio alone. There will be a lot of people on set and as a courtesy to me and to other models whom may be changing in plain sight we ask anyone accompanying you wait outside – No exceptions.

I ask that no images be taken during the group shoot. I don’t mind selfies before and after but not of the actual group shoot.

For those interested, I’m thinking of throwing be a party afterwards starting at 5pm, your guests will obviously be welcome to attend that.

    Please read carefully and agree below.

    In exchange for my agreeing to the below release (the "Release"), I (the "Model") have or will receive good and valuable consideration, including but not limited to the opportunity to be photographed by a world-class photographer such as Paul Buceta, (the "Photographer") and one of the following: -The opportunity to be published in a publication by Paul Buceta Publishing or any affiliate, who has hired you to take my photo for publication and paid your daily fee for the same; or -Your waiver of your standard fee for taking photos of me; or -If I paid your daily fee for photographing me, your ability to potentially obtain me additional exposure by publishing my photos in national or international publications, social media, or on stock photography websites as discussed further in section 4. In exchange (the "Model") agree to and acknowledge the following: 1. I release all worldwide right, title and interest in all photographs from any and all shoots, illustrations, video, audio, or other images of, including or depicting me, taken or created by or on behalf of the Photographer in any media ("Images") to the Photographer. This includes all copyright, all other proprietary or moral rights to the images or any derivative thereof, including the right by the Photographer or any assignee of the rights outlined in the Release. 2. The Photographer has the irrevocable right (which may be licensed, transferred, granted, or assigned to other parties as the Photographer sees fit) to use, Publish, reproduce, create derivative works of, distribute, publicly perform and publicly display, either digitally or in any other medium now known or later developed, such as images in any form, including any text, changes or alterations, in conjunction with my name, the name of the Photographer, or any other name be it fictitious or otherwise, for educational, illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising, trade, publishing, or any other commercial purpose whatsoever. I also consent to the use of my narrative, text, audio, sound, action, program, effect or other matter that may be used in connection with the Images and permitted uses, and irrevocably waive any right I may have to inspection or approval of any of the deliverables or uses contemplated in this Release. In return, the Photographer will use reasonable commercial efforts to ensure that the Images will not be used for any defamatory or libellous purpose. 3. I hereby irrevocably release the Photographer and any and all other parties acting under right, title, assignment grant or license from the Photographer, from any liability, costs or expenses arising by virtue of: (i) any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form, whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the creation of the Images or in any subsequent use, processing or publication thereof; and (ii) any claim or cause of action, now known or later developed, resulting from or in connection with any use of the Images contemplated by this Release, including without limitation, any claims for libel, defamation, invasion of privacy, or breach of publicity or other property rights. 4. The Photographer may post or publish the Images on any stock photography site that sub-licenses the Images to other parties ("Stock Site"). The Photographer is obliged to ensure that the terms of the Stock Site state that the Images will not be used defamatory or libellous purpose, including advertising for an adult entertainment business. The Photographer is not responsible for enforcing these terms and conditions. The Photographers obligations under this section and section 2 are met by ensuring these terms and conditions are in place. 5. I represent, covenant, understand and agree that: (1) I am of full legal age and have the right and capacity to contract in my own name in my jurisdiction of residence and in Ontario, Canada; (2) I have carefully read this Release prior to signing, and am fully familiar with the contents and consequences of it; (3) this Release shall be binding without restriction as to time or otherwise on myself and my heirs, executors, legal representatives, successors and assigns, as the case may be; and (4) I was at no time denied the right to review this Release with legal counsel prior to signing. 5. If I have agreed to a monthly payment plan, I will make a minimum of 12 equal payments or, if I terminate the plan early, I will agree to pay the outstanding balance within 30 days upon request. I agree to be bound by the above Release and agreement in perpetuity.
