I had an audition this morning. So as always before an audition I get up extra early and start putting myself in the mind-frame for it. Actually, that's not true at all.
I just get up early so that I don't have to worry about traffic.

Anyhow, I arrive at my audition and who do I see waiting for theirs?
Why none other than Savannah!

I had introduced Savannah to my agent shortly after our photo shoot. Back then she told me that there's no way she'd audition for commercials as she's, "Way too nervous to do that".

At first I felt like calling her a liar for actually auditioning for commercials, but after speaking to her for a bit I found out this was her first one and that she was scared stiff.
I decided it would be better to just let it be.

Moving along... It turns out that they were auditioning actors in male and female pairs (couples). I was hoping that we'd get to go in together - But no dice.

There was a benefit to this however, I got to find out what was expected in the audition from her after she came out.

Basically, we had to pretend we were painting a wall together.

And to think she probably didn't sleep last night, poor thing.

As time wore on, couple after couple were called in. It didn't take long before I noticed that there were more guys waiting then women.
Oh great, I get to be in a same sex marriage commercial!
Kelly Lind is going to love this!

So the lady comes out and calls me in - alone.
As it turns out, they've decided to have me not only pretend to paint a wall, but also pretend to do it with my wife (paint the wall that is).
Shit luck! And I had been chewing mints for that special fresh breath too.

This provided me with an idea for my next SESSIONS cover.
